Who is Marianna Banchero?

I'm a senior at Florida International University pursuing my Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, with a minor in Political Science, and a certificate in Human Rights and Transitioning Politics.

I was born and raised in Brazil and I moved with my family to the United States nine years ago. My life completely changed and the dream of getting a university degree finally became a reality. When I was still in high school I discovered a passion for geopolitics, cultural diversity, conflict resolution, diplomacy, and different languages. When I got to FIU I fell in love with Human Rights and advocacy, which sparked my desire to fund my own Non-Profit Organization, and that is now the dream that I am pursuing.

FIU has taught me valuable lessons that I could never be grateful enough for. Some of my most significant experiences at FIU happened during my Global Learning classes and through the different activities I participated throughout these years. It is my greatest pleasure to share some of these experiences with you in this website.
